Garrick, you see something on your screen as well, right? - Yeah, I think I see the same message saying that recording has started. I want to wait a moment until that turns red and now I know it's recording, and now I get this message at the top of the screen letting me know that it's recording. And in a moment, we'll see a few things on the screen. I do think it's a good idea to let everybody in the meeting know that you're about to start recording, but when you're ready, you can click on that. To do that, we're going to go to this button with three dots up at the top, which opens up this menu, and there's an option here to start recording. So basically we want to see how to record a meeting. ![]() And I believe one of my coworkers is already here in this meeting. Check my audio and video settings, and then click join now. So I have a meeting here on my schedule already in progress. ![]() You are only able to record the meeting in the full version of Teams with a Microsoft 365 account, recording is not available in the free version of Teams. If you want to make sure that people who miss the meeting are in the loop, you might want to record that meeting and then share the recording later. It's pretty normal for you to invite some people to a meeting who are not able to make it.
